Dmitry Rachkin’s lecture “Design Engineer in Modern Cosmonautics” was held at the Moscow Palace of Pioneers. The children learned a lot about the tasks that the space engineer works with: the development of electromechanical and radioelectronic devices, dynamics and thermal simulations, programming embedded devices. All this was shown by practical examples solved during the development of the Yareelo №1 and №2 nanosatellites, which were launched in September 2020 under the Roscosmos program and are still working.
